Premium Hydraulic Folding 5 Gang Rollers

Premium heavy-duty five-gang rollers available in a choice of 10.40m, 12.40m, and 15.40m working widths with braked axles, and four different ring configurations. Designed for large scale farmers and contractors, the rollers are equipped with McConnel’s innovative weight transfer system across each section, five individual pivot points for close-contour following, and smooth folding for a rapid transition to and from transport mode. Strength and durability are boosted by an exceptionally robust design, triple sealed bearings, and a pressure relief system which protects the rams when working on very uneven ground.

Premium Hydraulic Folding 3 Gang Rollers

Designed to be the best three-section folding hydraulic rollers on the market, the Consolidator 6400, 7300 and 8200 are ideal for both large-scale farmers and agricultural contractors. Heavy-duty build quality throughout ensures the machine is strong and reliable, while advanced features include an innovative weight transfer system that ensures weight is evenly spread across the entire working width of the machine. The rollers are available in 6.40m, 7.30m, and 8.20m working widths and can be tailored to meet the needs of customers, with a choice of two different rings, and optional levelling boards. Spring-mounted levelling boards shatter clods, break down plough ridges, and level the ground to deliver smooth and even consolidation.

Miniair Nova

The Miniair Nova is available with rigid frame or as a parallel hydraulic folding model, with working width of 2.5 to 6.5m.The machine can be adjusted to a height of up to 34cm for field, bed or ridged cropping systems via the holes on an adjustment bar on the suspension. The standard gearbox allows seed spacing of 0.9 – 43.4cm. The chain wheels can be changed without the need for tools.

Mega Flow

The Megaflow pump was designed for large farms and contractors. The Megaflow offers dramatic improvements in the mixing process. Trials have shown that the Megaflow can halve the time taken to mix a tank. With ever increasing labour and fuel costs this pump will save both time and money. The Megaflow, which requires 150Hp to drive the 1000 rpm PTO speed will move massive volumes of slurry quickly. Its ability to drive and push slurry through its powerful jetting system and 300 degree nozzle rotation means tanks are mixed with no or minimal movement of the pump. No disconnection of the PTO required when lowering the pump into the tank.
