Kverneland

  • Kverneland 3300 series is fitted with the new Kverneland suspension concept called QuattroLink. The new QuattroLink mowers have been designed for even more productivity and to handle tougher conditions than ever. With its´ accurate ground following ability and highly flexible working range QuattroLink provides supreme capacity. QuattroLink provides an accurate tracking ability and a highly flexible working range. The mowing unit is pulled by the 4-arm suspension, fitted onto a fixed carrying arm that allows the mowing unit to float independently over the field, adjusting precisely and instantly to any changes in ground contours.
  • Kverneland 3600 front mounted machines can be used in combination with a variety of mower conditioners, including the 4300 series, 3132 MT, the 5090 MT, or on its own, making these extremely versatile machines. With a working width of 2.80-3.60m, the capacity of these machines is substantial.
  • Flexible, compact and efficient - Compact models are medium sized machines with all the advantages of larger models. Compact models are particularly suited to buildings where space is restricted, due to their reduced dimensions. Easy handling, simple to use, low purchase and running costs yet efficient performance - an ideal solution. These machines feed 30 to 100 cows per hopper filling. The Compact range comes standard with a front right discharge door, but with an extensive list of discharge options the machine can be tailored to your needs. Also standard - ladder, weighing system, straw ring and hydraulic controls direct to tractor.
  • A key aim of the Kverneland 863 and 864 is to provide more capacity by shredding the material faster. Flywheel housing and blowing paddles have increased in dimensions to increase performance. This means more material is fed faster into the flywheel, finishing the bale at an impressive pace.
  • The latest Kverneland 6700 Plus series balers have multi crop capability and combine profitable high output performance with market leading bale density. The new Plus series models benefit from a host of upgrades designed to boost output and reduce maintenance requirements. The pick-up has been updated with longer tines and wider stripper plates, for improved cleaning. Pick-up and main bale chamber drives are fitted with new high specification HBC chain. The roller crop press has increased lifting for better feeding capacity and incorporates fixed shafts with internal bearings. The 6000 Plus series are leaders in bale density, achieved through Intelligent Density 3D, which allows you to choose the bale density best suited to your crop conditions.
  • Kverneland 6500F is the specialist baler for heavy silage conditions. The bale chamber is formed by 18 ribbed profile rollers which ensure maximum bale density and superb bale rotation in all conditions, while power requirement is also kept to a minimum for more efficient operation.
  • The new Kverneland 6250 Plus fixed chamber balers are designed for maximum flexibility in all crop conditions. Perfectly shaped bales, combined with long-lasting reliable performance ensure that the new Kverneland 6250 Plus series will be a profitable investment.
  • The art of round baling took a massive leap forward with the unveiling of FastBale – a revolutionary non-stop round baler wrapper combination that cleverly integrates a pre-chamber with a main chamber and a wrapper. Machine layout is truly innovative with two chambers arranged in series, allowing a number of rollers to be shared. Operating as a pre-chamber, the first section of FastBale produces two-thirds of the bale. As the pre-chamber reaches its preset density, crop flow is diverted into the main bale chamber allowing baling to continue.
