Kverneland

  • Amazing strength to weight ratio. Both ED and LD mounted ploughs are strongly built for an efficient low cost ploughing in medium to heavy soil conditions. Thanks to the Kverneland steels and heat treatment technology, these reversible mounted ploughs benefit from an unrivalled durability.
  • As a result of growing farms and shorter weather  periods, time has become a valuable factor. Therefore, the DTX combines different operations in one pass to save time. Designed as a mounted one-pass stubble incorporator/soil loosener for tractors in the 200-360hp range, the DTX is extremely versatile. It can be used for first entry with non-inversion tillage or to knock down ploughing whilst loosening down to 40cm. It is also ideally suited to establish oilseed rape straight into stubble as it leaves a very levelled, fine and consolidated seedbed. The DTX also offers very good trash clearance. The front tines are staggered and the rear discs allow a full cut and mix from 2 to 10cm deep. The Kverneland DTX combines the tines (Pro-Lift or LD) with the proven disc section of the short disc harrow Qualidisc Farmer (Ø 520mm). Soil can be loosened with the Pro-Lift or LD tines down to 40cm while the top soil layer up to 10cm is incorporated with the disc sections. Tines and disc segment as well as the roller DD600 are connected in a high quality frame box which allows the operation even in heavy conditions. The DTX is equipped with side deflectors which are well-known from the Qualidisc range. This ensure perfect levelling in all types of conditions
  • Flexible, compact and efficient - Compact models are medium sized machines with all the advantages of larger models. Compact models are particularly suited to buildings where space is restricted, due to their reduced dimensions. Easy handling, simple to use, low purchase and running costs yet efficient performance - an ideal solution. These machines feed 30 to 100 cows per hopper filling. The Compact range comes standard with a front right discharge door, but with an extensive list of discharge options the machine can be tailored to your needs. Also standard - ladder, weighing system, straw ring and hydraulic controls direct to tractor.
  • 15 m Working Width The Kverneland 97150 C is designed for high output and heavy use. Four rotors, maintenance-free ProLine gearbox, 15m working width and heavy-duty mainframe design underline its’ potential as a rake for the most demanding customer segment. The special elbow design of the front rotor arms is a unique feature of the Kverneland 97150 C. Raking width can be matched to differing crop characteristics, to obtain an evenly shaped and equally wide swath across the full width. This unique Kverneland design allows for an impressive working range between 9.80 and 15.00m, in fact, unmatched flexibility that only Kverneland offers.
  • Heavy Duty Centre Swath Rakes The Kverneland 9580 C, 9584 C and 9590 C Hydro are heavy duty two-rotor rakes with working widths up to 8.0, 8.4 and 9.0m respectively. They are designed for the toughest conditions and feature a high performance oil-bath gearbox and a strong carrier frame. The hydraulically adjustable working and swath width and ability to make sharp turns of up to 80° are important features of these rakes. Due to the Hydro axle Kverneland 9590 C Hydro has a transport height of less than 4.0m, even without detaching the tine arms. The Kerneland 9580 C with newly designed wheel axles provide a transport width below 4m, even with tine arms mounted. On-the-Go Rotor Height Adjustment
A ComfortKit is optionally available for 9580 C and standard on 9590 C Pro. This includes a handheld joystick control, where the height of each rotor is controlled electronically and shown on the screen of the control box.
  • High Capacity Single Rotor Rakes Kverneland 9542 and 9546 are high performance rakes with a drive system designed to last for a long time. The 3-pt headstock allows the rake to follow the tractor around tight curves. The standard boogie wheels offer perfect ground contour following and minimises the amount of dirt that collects in the swath. Kverneland 9542 and 9546 are fitted with hydraulic height adjustment "HydroLift" as standard. The HydroLift allows you to set the rake to different field conditions. From the tractor cab you can quickly set the raking height to suit the length of stubble or varying ground conditions.
  • A key aim of the Kverneland 863 and 864 is to provide more capacity by shredding the material faster. Flywheel housing and blowing paddles have increased in dimensions to increase performance. This means more material is fed faster into the flywheel, finishing the bale at an impressive pace.
  • Reliable Performance with Smart Transport Solution The Kverneland Models 8590 C and the New 85112 C are carrier frame tedders purpose-built for use with smaller tractors. The wide track width ensures stable running characteristics during road transport. Due to the carrier frame concept, the lifting capacity of the tractor is not a limiting factor and it can be operated with tractors starting from 70hp.

  • Kverneland 85140 C is very easy to use. All operations are run hydraulically, and can be controlled from the tractor cab. The tedder comes with a hydraulic adjustment for border tedding, to prevent loss of grass due to ditches or fences. Despite its size, the tedder is very easy to run. Kverbelabd 85140 C is  supplied with transport carrier as standard, making it possible to operate the machine in combination with low horsepower tractors.
  • The latest Kverneland 6700 Plus series balers have multi crop capability and combine profitable high output performance with market leading bale density. The new Plus series models benefit from a host of upgrades designed to boost output and reduce maintenance requirements. The pick-up has been updated with longer tines and wider stripper plates, for improved cleaning. Pick-up and main bale chamber drives are fitted with new high specification HBC chain. The roller crop press has increased lifting for better feeding capacity and incorporates fixed shafts with internal bearings. The 6000 Plus series are leaders in bale density, achieved through Intelligent Density 3D, which allows you to choose the bale density best suited to your crop conditions.
  • Kverneland 6500F is the specialist baler for heavy silage conditions. The bale chamber is formed by 18 ribbed profile rollers which ensure maximum bale density and superb bale rotation in all conditions, while power requirement is also kept to a minimum for more efficient operation.
